It all started with a plan...
The point is, you don't need to go to Europe to find a good beer. (Although that is food for thought for a future tour!)
We found an opportunity to enjoy good beer with good friends, and see how the breweries and brewpubs of Wisconsin compare.
We completed the "Ten in Two" tour in great fashion! We stayed on schedule, enjoyed ten destinations, each with its own unique personality, and had a blast! Check the "Reviews" page for our impression of the breweries and the beer.
If you are interested in arranging a tour of your own, we've left our schedule listed below. The travel times and visit times are very doable and realistic. Our schedule was a little tight the first day. We arrived at our final stop - Grumpy Troll in Mt. Horeb - about 20 minutes behind schedule. The second day was more laid back and even left us a little ahead of schedule, allowing an extra stop at the Memorial Union on the UW-Madison Campus.

Again, this is not an experiment in mass-consumption. Quite the opposite - we wanted the tasting experience.
And this is NOT, NOT a step into irresponsible drinking and driving. We had designated drivers for our road-time, and planted ourselves within walking distance to our final destinations of the night.
